Frequently Asked Questions

An FSSAI license can be issued for a period of 1 to 5 years, as chosen by the food business operator. It must be renewed 30 days before expiry.
Yes, a separate license is required for every location where food is handled. If you operate in multiple states, you also need a Central Head Office License.
