Yes. If you have operations in more than one state, you need a Central License for the Head Office and individual State/Basic licenses for each branch unit depending on their turnover.

State License: ₹2000 - ₹5000 per year.
Central License: ₹7500 per year.
For Manufacturing and Processing units, a pesticide residue report of water from a NABL accredited lab is mandatory. Trading/Retail units may not need it.
