Data Required

Filing Process

Frequently Asked Questions

ESI is applicable to employees earning a Gross Salary of ₹21,000 or less per month. It is mandatory for establishments with 10 or more employees (20 in some states).
There are two contribution periods:
1. Apr to Sept: Due on 11th November.
2. Oct to Mar: Due on 11th May.
