The Procedure

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. The Memorandum of Association is the company's charter. Any change to it requires the consent of shareholders via a Special Resolution (at least 75% votes in favor).
For changing the Object Clause, the company must primarily file Form MGT-14 with the Registrar of Companies to register the Special Resolution.
